Únete a nuestro equipo como Supervisor de Recursos Humanos y juega un papel clave en la gestión y desarrollo de nuestro talento humano. Estamos buscando a alguien con habilidades excepcionales en la gestión de personal y conocimientos sólidos en el área de recursos humanos.

Funciones:
- Administración de políticas y procedimientos
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos de la empresa
- Responsable de la comunicación y aplicación de las políticas
- Brindar orientación y asesoramiento a los empleados en temas relacionados con recursos humanos- Identificación de necesidades de capacitación y desarrollo del personal

Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en roles de supervisión de recursos humanos o en un puesto similar
- Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar y motivar equipos
- Habilidad de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con los empleados y otros departamentos
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y tomar decisiones informadas
