Responsible for managing related activities to implement, document, maintain and improve maintenance to building systems and ensure site operation through facility management and monitoring.

- Infrastructure, roofs, floors, etc.
- Site projects
- Resource planning

**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- Engineering in electricity, electronics, mechanics, civil, industrial or fin.
Work experience:
- 3+ years as a Maintenance Engineer or similar.
Administrator of the facilities:
- Electrical systems.
- HVAC equipment.
- Compressed air systems.
- Fire systems.
- Light services (cleaning, fumigation & gardening)
Knowledge of security codes and regulations:
- OSHAS
- ISO's
- NOM'S
- NFPA
