- Objective of the position:

- This role helps to supervise the progress of a digitalization project, helps on build up the necessary documentation and deliverables according timeline, works closely with 3rd party vendors in order to keep the project on track.
- Helps on identifying project risks, keep tracks of the open action items and follow up upon completion.
- Coordinates the daily activities to ensure the project goals are met within budget and on time.

- Stakeholder Communication and Requirements Gathering Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed project plans.
Maintain open lines of communication, ensuring that stakeholders are informed about project progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and status reports.
Ensure proper documentation of processes, systems, and project activities for future reference and compliance.
- Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Quickly resolve project-related issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations and maintaining project momentum.
