Duties & responsibilities will include:

- Your role will be to oversee the successful completion of projects & be able to work within a wide variety of fields.
- You will be responsible for setting deadlines, communicating with

company executives of the state of any given project, and potentially communicating with clients.
- handle Client escalations about the state of any given project, ensuring the projects stay on track & on budget & adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.
- You will manage six different aspects of projects within the company.
Scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, & resources.
- Throughout any given project this role will need to communicate with staff & clients, make decisions & monitor the project's progress to keep on schedule.
- Creating long & short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, & adhering to deadlines & allocating resources.
- Identifying & managing potential risks & liabilities of multiple projects
- Assisting in the definition of project scope & goals
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress the project
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same

projects to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with executives or management to keep the project aligned with the goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the

standards expected (if not ensure they are exceeded)
- Adjusting schedules & targets on the projects as needed
- Client Termination process Monitoring like sending termination letters, communications to clients and internal project closure and announcements.
- Handle projects related to the Operations department and work with HOD of operations.
- Department KPI, Reportings, Individual KPI for the department managing.
- Handling legal communications internally and externally.
- The pivotal part of this role is to ensure that the "Project Manager - Operations" thrives for the team and the CEO.
Qualified applicants must:

- Have an understanding of the Project management Institute (PMI) framework
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (agile/scrum/lean Development )
- At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Preferred but not required:

- Certification as a project management professional (PMP)
- Certification as a project manager / Senior Project manager
- Knowledge of the tax & accounting industry
- Previous work history in a CPA firm
- Proven leadership and staff management skills
- Six Sigma certification preferred.
