Qlty & Reliability Engineer Ii

TE Connectivity's Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams analyze the ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors.
They design, recommend revisions and install quality control systems, develop and document analytical methods for establishing reliability of products and their components and conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment.
Out teams develop, implement and monitor company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
They are responsible for policies and practices to comply with applicable government regulations and industry requirements related to product environmental compliance, the implementation and management of technical and testing standards and specifications, quality control and reliability programs governing materials, product and processes, resulting in the optimization of material and labor, as well as failure analysis, root cause, corrective action and customer communication.

Es la persona responsable de la planeación de la calidad desde el recibo de los componentes hasta el recibo del producto terminado por el cliente.
Cumplir con las políticas, reglas y procedimientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente aplicables en la empresa así como también cumplir con las responsabilidades
especificas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente contenidas en el Plan de Entrenamiento.
ACTIVIDADES DIARIAS Y CONSTANTES:
1.
Análisis y solución de problemas.
2.
Mejoras continuas y proyectos de reducción de costos.
3.
Verificación de resultados.
4.
Coordinar al equipo para contestar y dar seguimiento a rechazos internos.
5.
Generación y seguimientos de NMR's.
6.
Seguimiento y programacion del trabajo de los Tecnicos de Calidad.
7.
Elaboracion de PMC's, tanto especiales como formales, para cada numero de parte nuevo.
8.
Revision y modificacion de PMC's.
9.
Certificacion de numeros de parte nuevos.
10.Seguimiento y disposicion de material regresado por los Clientes (RMA's).
11.Elaborar formatos de autoinspeccion.
12.Elaborar formatos de Certificacion de 5 primeras piezas.
13.Elaborar ayudas visuales para criterios de calidad.
14.Entrenar a operadoras en lo referente a criterios de calidad.
**Requisitos**:
Escolaridad: Ingenieria Industrial Experiência: Mínimo 2 años en áreas de calidad, trato directo con cliente, Métricos de calidad.
Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado
Conocimientos: Minitab, Office, Equipos de medición OGP, Sistema de visión, Vernier, micrómetro, herramientas de calidad.
