About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small, dedicated team where you'll have a significant impact. We're looking for a talented developer with meaningful Salesforce experience, who's passionate about creative problem-solving and eager to learn new technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with departments to understand their business processes and customize systems accordingly.
- Develop custom classes, scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Document, maintain, and update system-level customizations.
- Provide advanced reporting and searching assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CRM systems and integration elements.
- Manage data import, cleansing, deduplication, optimization, and maintenance efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in developing custom features and solutions for ERP/CRM systems, particularly using Apex in Salesforce.
- Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Salesforce Lightning Development experience.
- A strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, git, or other version control, and REST Web services.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence, is highly valued.
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, PHP, or SQL and stored procedures is an asset.
