**OVERVIEW**:
Mexico Supply Chain team is expanding and we are looking for a new member, we have a part time position available based in NL100.
Working as Part-Time Supply Chain Specialist you will provide service to Mexican branches, on a daily basis, processing their sold request forwarded to purchase; also will provide accurate information in regards estimated date of arrival.
To perform this role successfully, you must have attention to details and sense of urgency.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Process sold request forwarding to purchasing for local vendors
- Follow up past due PO's
- Maintain sold request tracker
- Assisting with projects as need it
**REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- Prior administrative, customer service, or supply chain experience OR industry experience and product knowledge
- Valid Visa and passport
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Ability to analyze and derive meaningful summaries from large data sets
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
**PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Possess or are working towards a degree in one of the following areas: Supply Chain, Administration, Engineer or a related Business field.
