**Actividades**

Proporcionar la experiência técnica dentro de un área principal de la cartera de aplicaciones empresariales integradas (Web/eCommerce, Backoffice, Operaciones o Business Intelligence).
- Asiste en el diseño, análisis e implementación de nuevo código de aplicación y funciones de base de datos para un rendimiento óptimo en toda la cartera de aplicaciones.
- Diseña, crea y mantiene actividades de integración de aplicaciones.
- Resuelve problemas de capacidad de rendimiento de aplicaciones y bases de datos.
- Responde a las solicitudes de mejora de las aplicaciones, los datos y los informes para satisfacer las necesidades de la organización.
- Utiliza tecnologías de "alta disponibilidad" para mantener el mayor tiempo de actividad posible, incluidas estrategias de integración de datos e inteligencia empresarial.
- Crea, mantiene y soluciona problemas con aplicaciones y soluciones de datos que pueden incluir aplicaciones web orientadas al cliente, CRM/ERP/MRP/HCM de backoffice y/o informes de consolidación de inteligencia empresarial.
- Completa el trabajo del proyecto utilizando principios ágiles.
- Gestiona, mantiene y sigue las políticas y procedimientos establecidos para el cumplimiento de la gestión de incidentes/cambios.
**Experiência**:
3 años de experiência dando soporte a aplicaciones empresariales (eCommerce, CRM, ERP, MRP, HCM, BI).
- Experiência con programación o conceptos avanzados de flujo de trabajo ETL bajo código.
- Conocimientos profundos de programación de aplicaciones, datos, redacción de consultas complejas y/o integraciones de datos (EDI, API, ETL), lagos de datos, análisis de datos, inteligencia empresarial.
- Experiência con la madurez de procesos a través de aplicaciones empresariales (C2B, B2B, L2Q, O2C, P2P, D2B, A2R, H2R, R2R)
