Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience

This job opening is for a business analyst within the Lexmark ITC Enterprise Business

Applications (EBA) organization.
This role will support the implementation and enhancements
under Enterprise solution - Localizations in SAP for various geo's primarily Latin America.
This
role will be closely aligned with the supply chain and cross functional finance and accounting
processes and systems.
This role will be supporting the IT investment project "Back-office
transformation (S/4 conversion) of enterprise back end systems.
In addition, this role will also have the responsibility of managing all localization solution
partner relationship for Latin American countries.
This would include the coordination and
planning of solution selection, solution contracts management and renewals and solution
upgrades either mandated by legal requirements or solution improvements.
He or she will
report to and work closely with the EBA manager for decisions, and work with the EBA cross
functional and technical teams to manage deployment and delivery of such solutions.
The role requires experience in SAP - Sales and Distribution, especially addressing the
localization requirements around the Sales Distribution operations in various Latin American
countries.
Experience with SAP S/4 implementation would be a plus.
**Core Skill set**:

- Minimum 10 years of solution design, delivery and production support experience in

Order to Cash, SAP-Sales and Distribution with strong country localization solutions
- experience in the Latin America region.
Expertise in the integration aspects of sales &
- distribution to Procurement, Finance and Accounting would be a strong differentiator.
**Must have skills**:

- Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution with Finance & Accounting integration in

the Order to Cash cycle
- Hands on experience in S/4 HANA solution deployment using the system conversion

approach from SAP-ECC with SAP localization solution deployment - mainly in the
- supply chain (Sales and Distribution) area.
- Expertise in SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter-company

processing)
- Expertise in setting up SD pricing design and integration
- Expertise in SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, intercompany

processing)
- Experience in transaction tax (Sales & Use or VAT) - Indirect Tax configuration experience

in SAP, preferably with external tax engine from Thomson Reuters OneSource (Global
- Next) as the integrated tax determination and reporting solution.
- Experience with transaction tax structures in LA countries and solutions to address such

requirements - either SAP or non-SAP solutions
- Experience in configuring Tax procedures and related integration points in S/4 HANA for

sales orders, purchase orders, Invoices
- Should be able to understand the requirement from business users for Tax calculations

and able write functional specification for ABAP developers
- Experience with extended withholding tax configuration in SAP
- Experience with tax reporting and reconciliation, including supporting internal and

external audit requests
- Knowledge of SAP SD-MM integration (e.g., MM fields impacting SD, cross functional

processes like intercompany, third-party sales etc.)
- Very good understanding of various touchpoints to other modules, such as MM/FI/CO PA (e.g., payments, account determination, revenue recognition, accruals, STO's, etc.)
- Should have work experience in onsite offshore model in terms of delivery
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have skills & Credentials
- Knowledge of statutory ledger requirements in one or more of the following countries

Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru.
Such knowledge with countries like
- Russia, Turkey, France and UK will be a plus.
- Experience with Tax in India, Russia and Brazil and similar localization countries outside

or Latin America
- Experience with Plants abroad functionality in SAP and functionality supporting cross

border transactions.
- Proven team leadership, mentoring, and project management skills - with experience in

managing localization and statutory requirements and solution implementation in Latin
- America and/or other countries
- Previous supervisor and/or leadership experience desired
- Good academic record
