**Sumario/Summary**:
Ayuda en la preparación, registro de mantenimiento y analizar el costo de la organización de una manera que puede ayudar a la alta gerencia en la tomar la mejor decisión en costos.
Será responsable de supervisar el gastado en inversión de Capital y procurar corregir el cierre para los activos fijos.
Así como participar en las actividades de fin de mes.
/ _Helps in the preparation, record keeping and analyze the Cost of the Organization in a way that can help the upper management take better cost decisions.
It will be responsible of supervising the spent on Capital Investment and procure there correct closure to Fixed Assets.
As well participate in Month End Activities._

- Monitorea de manera semanal el scrap.
/ _Monitors in a weekly basis the Scrap._
- Revisión de níveles de inventario.
/ _Review Inventory Levels._
- Reporta la absorción real de la planta.
/ _Reports Actual Absorption of the plant._
- Responsable de la contabilidad de NCMs (no compatibles con el Material) o de los proveedores.
/_ Responsible of Book keeping of NCMs (Non Conformant Material) of suppliers._
- Analiza auditorías de costos STD y prepara informes.
/ _Analyzes, audits STD costs and prepares reports._
- Reporta semanalmente los gastos de OVH.
/ _In a weekly basis reports OVH expenses occurred._
- Prepara reportes PPV (variación de precio de compra).
/ _Prepares PPV (Price Purchase Variance ) reports._
- Revisión de las órdenes de compra abiertas.
/ _Review of Open POs._
- Responsable de la auditoría anual de activos fijos.
/ _Responsible of Annual Fixed Assets Audit._
- Participan en el PI (inventario físico) y supervisa al equipo de auditoría.
/ _Participate in PI ( Physical Inventory ) supervising auditing team._
- Coordinar y entregar información a auditores externos y del Corporativo de HQ.
/ _Coordinate and deliver information to External Auditors, HQ Corporate._
- Realizar costos STD acumulados, basado en cambios a BOM, encaminamientos, ECNs como sea necesario.
/ _Perform STD Cost Roll UP, based on changes to BOM, Routings, ECNs as needed._
- Supervisar al equipo de desecho responsable de afinar todas las transacciones en SAP.
/ _Supervise the Scrap Team responsible for keying all scrap transaction in to SAP._
- Coordinar con el Departamento de HSE la eliminación de desechos.
/ _Coordinate with the HSE department the disposal of Scrap._
- Preparación de fin de mes, cierre de inventario y entradas relacionadas con conciliaciones de cuenta.
/ _Preparation of month end closing entries and inventory related account reconciliations._
- Ayuda en los esfuerzos de cumplimiento de normas SOX e internas auditorías que implican revisión de controles contables y generales que rodea el inventario.
/ _Assists in SOX compliance efforts and internal audits involving review of accounting and general controls surrounding inventory._
- Ayudar en la preparación del AOP (Plan de operación anual) y en la configuración anual de STDs.
/ _Assist in preparation of the AOP ( Annual Operation Plan ) and set up of Annual STDs._
- Participar mensualmente en la clausura de actividades tales como, informes de WIP, en tránsito y factura de Maquila.
/ _Participate in Month End Closing Activities such as, reporting WIP, In transit, Maquila Invoice._
- Revisar la correcta asignación de gastos en los centros de costos.
/ _Review the correct allocation of expenses to Cost Centers._
- Mantener el libro contable de CIPs de principio a fin.
/ _Book Keeping of CIPs from start to finish._
- Participar con otros departamentos en proyectos especiales según sea necesario.
/ _Participate with other departments in special projects as needed._
- Cumplir con la Política de Calidad y Ambiental, identificar los objetivos de la organización, para su cumplimiento.
/ _Meet the Quality and Environmental Policy, identify the objectives of the organization to compliance._
- Cumplir con el procedimiento de manejo de químicos y residuos utilizados y generados en su operación.
/ _Meet the handling procedure of chemicals and waste used and generated during operation._
- Otras actividades que por requerimientos del proceso y/o la compañía se puedan incluir.
/ _Other activities by process requirements and/or the company can be included._

**Educación y/o Experiência/Education and/or Experience**:
Licenciatura (A.)
de cuatro años Universidad o Universidad; uno a dos años de experiência relacionada o capacitación; o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiência.
Por lo menos 2-3 años de experiência de la contabilidad de costos.

A.)
from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2-3 years of cost accounting experience._
