**What you will do**:
1.
Partner with your assigned business unit(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
2.
Partner with business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
3.
Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations
4.
Proactively assess team needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
5.
Be the ambassador for TikTok organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
6.
Manage employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
1.
Over 5 years experience working in a large, global organization.
International experience preferred.
2.
Demonstrated ability to autonomously deliver targeted results in the face of significant ambiguity and complexity.
3.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large, complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment.
4.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Management, and other related fields.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1.
Over 5 years experience in HR, specializing in learning & development, organization development, and/or talent management.
Previous experience in change management, management consulting, and/or as an HR Business Partner preferred.
2.
Exceptional critical
- and system-thinking skills.
3.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with a diverse global stakeholder and customer base.
4.
Strong business acumen.
5.
Having experience in human resources related to the culture and employment laws of the Latin American market would be preferred.
