**Propósito General.

Responsable de otorgar al cliente local o internacional un servicio de excelencia reteniendo y penetrando la cartera de Clientes.
Garantizar una consultoría del programa de seguros de los clientes proponiendo y verificando en sus programas internacionales mejoras en términos y condiciones
Liderazgo y supervisión del equipo asignado cerciorándose de cumplir con las métricas establecidas por la corporación y/o dirección
**Responsabilidades.
**
- Cumplimiento del Budget asignado
- Generación de nuevas oportunidades (venta adicional y venta nueva) de negocio del ramo o de otros ramos a la cartera de Clientes asignada
- Atención y asesoría a cliente interno y externo sobre dudas o trámites a seguir para la administración de su programa de seguros de daños (pólizas, siniestros, información general, etc.)
- Llevar a los Clientes la oferta de valor de Aon correspondiente al segmento
- Apoyo al director adjunto responsable y al equipo de AGCN
- Mantener estrecha relación con los Clientes a través de visitas y reuniones formales e informales para mantener una cartera buscando incrementar la misma
- Retención de la cartera otorgando al cliente un servicio de excelencia
- Cerciorarse del cumplimiento de actualización de los sistemas (GAMS)
- Resolución de problemas
- Toma de decisiones
- Colaboración con actividades inherentes al área
