**¿Qué esperamos de ti como Senior Legal Counsel North Latin America?
**
- ** Estudios de Licenciatura en Derecho, experiência de **5 a 10 años prefenteremente en Despachos en áreas coporativas o de Derecho Administrativo y/o posiciones de Derecho corporativo en empresas transnacionales.
**
- ** Conocimientos en materia aduanera, ambiental, laboral, administrativa y corporativa tanto en consultoría como en litigio**
- ** Inglés intermedio o avanzado capaz de ejecutar reuniones en inglés y desarollar documentos en inglés**
- ** Argumentación jurídica**
- ** Principios éticos firmes**
- ** Habilidades de negociación**
- ** Acostumbrado a trabajar con altos estándares de seguridad.

**Sus principales responsabilidades son**:

- ** Brindar asesoría en materia legal a la Unidad de Negocios North Latin America (México, Colombia, Panamá y Venezuela) desarrollando y ejecutando estrategias legales para asegurar el cumplimiento con la legislación aplicable al objeto de la empresa con el fin de mitigar riesgos y garantizar la continuidad del negocio**
- ** Manejo de secretaría corporativa.
Elaboración y revisión actas de asamblea, incluyendo sin limitarse a inyecciones de capital y otorgamiento y revocación de poderes para la unidad de negocio.
Mantener libros corporativos actualizados y bases de datos correspondientes**
- ** Negociación, elaboración y revisión de contratos y convenios modificatorios en materia comercial, proyectos (EPC), prestación de servicios y compra de materiales para la unidad de negocio.
Elaboración de documentos relacionados a los contratos existentes.
**
- ** Gestión de asesores externos incluyendo selección, seguimiento y evaluación de los mismos, desarrollando estrategias en conjunto con asesores y stakeholders internos**
- ** Elaboración y revisión de escritos ante autoridades, manejo de requerimientos de información, auditorias e inspecciones**
- ** Asesoría general en materia legal para la unidad de negocios, resolviendo dudas de todos los departamentos de la empresa desarrollando opiniones legales**
