**As the Sales Manager you will lead a team of Territory Account Executives for the portfolio of NSF's Service offerings and ensuring sales goals and quotas are met.
- Lead a team of Territory Account Executives for the Food business units
- Sales goal is the cumulative sales target for the team
- Responsible for sales leadership, people development, sales enablement, organizational excellence for all Territory Account Managers
- Provide direction & Leadership, training, development, and mentoring to the Sales team
- Assist in the growth of employees through training and career development activities.
- Recruit new team members as necessary
- Establish staff priorities and assignments
- Establish performance goals and monitor performance levels
- Determine and initiate actions required to correct any deficiencies in meeting sales objectives/financial targets

Qualifications: Sales management experience required
Experience leading a team of sales professionals
Connections within the Industry to expand the current client base, preferred
Previous experience communicating and building relationships at C-level of enterprise organization
May include deep knowledge/experience in targeted industry
Knowledge and/or experience within TIC Industry, preferred
