Descripción del puesto de trabajo:
**Accounts Payable Analyst**
- Able to use Word and Outlook
- Skills in Excel
- Ability to use SAP or another ERP (Is a plus)
- Analytical Skills/ Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Financial knowledge
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced and changing environment
- Customer service oriented and team player

Role Expectations:

- Prepare operational reporting to keep day to day activities running, to management dashboards, to KPI tracking, and some forecasting
- Generates ad hoc reports as needed.
- Developing optimization and automation strategies of business processes.
- Check vendor statements (Supplier conciliations)
- Assist in matching PO's to invoices and follow up on missing PO's
- Assist with researching/resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts payable files
- Experience in payments to suppliers in bank portals
