**Job Description (Senior Accounting Services Analyst)**
- Accounts payable reconciliations.
- Assists Supervisor / Managers in preparing metrics.
- Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
- Ensures that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures exists and are used.
- Ensures adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape.
- Monitors & reviews progress and immediately alerts Management if any red flags are observed.
- Extended shift / Weekend availability during month end closing.
**Skills / Abilities**:

- Schedule availability
- Advanced English is a must.
- Bank reconciliation knowledge.
- Customer account level reconciliation knowledge.
- Team lead background (highly desirable).
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- High sense of urgency.
- Automotive industry Finance & Accounting knowledge is highly desired.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Fast paced environment worker.
- Logical thinking is a must.
- Proactiveness is a must.
- Client Centered & Quality Focused.
- Strong at Excel (highly desired).
- Team player.
- Accounting Graduate
- 6 months to 3 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting
- ERP Knowledge preferred (SAP / Mainframe)
- Positive attitude, flexible mindset and a willingness to learn.
