We are looking for a DISTRICT SALES EXECUTIVE SR talent, to join our specialized SALES team for our department for CIENEGA DE FLORES, NUEVO LEON, MEXICO.
In this position you will have an impact by:

- Developing opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching, and contacting prospective customers.
Developing and executing account plans for top prospects and conducts agreed upon face-to-face sales calls.
- Developing new customer relationships and strengthens current customer relationships that enable identification of a customer's needs, business model and buying process.
- Using understanding of customer needs and priorities to identify and offer Cummins solutions.
- Gaining agreement on the differential advantage of Cummins solutions by helping the customer understand and evaluate existing data and information and the value proposition.
- Bringing current and emerging needs of the customer and market to their manager/director.
- Conducting negotiations according to company guidelines, including payment terms.
Assists with collection of accounts receivables when needed.
- Driving sales, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
Responding to customer concerns in a timely fashion.
- Consistently using the Cummins Sales Process as well as Cummins tools, processes, and initiatives that support sales, customer satisfaction, and customer value, e.g., Customer Relationship Management and special projects.
- Reporting activity via the Customer Relationship Management tool per management direction.
- Producing sales forecasts as directed.
- Providing leadership and mentoring to less experienced account executives.
To be successful in this position, you will need:

- Good Knowledge of Automotive Sector in the Mexican market.
- Domain of the main fleets in the region.
- Full CRM proficiency (SalesForce)
- Technical and commercial training for OEM dealers and OEM plant personnel.
- Skill and ability to analyze product guarantees.
- Advanced English.
