Estamos en búsqueda de Representantes de Servicio al Cliente para transportación internacional marítima para pertenecer a nuestro equipo de trabajo en el Branch de Nuevo León.
Your RoleEn este rol, el Representante de Servicio al Cliente deberá garantizar que la experiencia de nuestros clientes sea positiva cada vez que se relacionan con Kuehne + Nagel, a través de proactividad y el seguimiento en la resolución de problemas.
La interacción con nuestros colegas de ventas es igualmente importante, así como garantizar que nuestros Centros de Atención Operativa tengan toda la información necesaria (incluyendo la información sistemática) para poder ejecutar sus tareas.
Your ResponsibilitiesValidar información del cliente, recibir la solicitud de cotización y entregar el check list.Dar seguimiento en el proceso de implementación (validar check list, subir información a carpeta compartida y participar en la junta de implementación, alta de agente aduanal y asegurar el correcto set up en sistema).Realizar solicitud de reserva (Validación de guidelines, tarifas de compra y venta, vigencias de tarifa, proporcionar itinerarios, gestionar carta de instrucciones, crear Standard shipment, generar Consignment ID, generar ticket para solicitud de booking, cargar información en e-file).Realizar solicitud de reserva a Carrier y/o oficina de origen (Casos de importación).Coordinar el pesaje, ingreso de información en sistema y envío de información al carrier.Dar seguimiento al monitoreo de confirmación de zarpe.Ingresar Cost Entry en sistema a fin de asegurar la correcta provisión de los servicios utilizados.Apoyar en las instrucciones y preparación de embarque.Realizar monitoreo de fecha de arribo y solicitud de liberación.Enviar documentación comercial, confirmación de booking y validar pedimento.Your Skills and ExperiencesLicenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios internacionales o afín.
Experiencia en la Industria Forwarding.
Inglés avanzado.
