- Working closely with Agile teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Monitoring database performance and SQL tuning
- Supporting Teradata BTEQ batch jobs
- Managing File Listeners or Error Queues for API communication failure

**Key Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in PEGA development
- Proficiency in Apache Tomcat app/web server
- Experience providing On-call Support
- Strong understanding of REST services and Oracle/SQL
- Ability to work effectively in Agile teams
- Knowledge of monitoring database performance and SQL tuning
- Familiarity with Teradata BTEQ batch jobs
- Experience managing File Listeners or Error Queues for API communication failure
- Excellent communication skills in English
