Este es un puesto de coordinación diseñado para personas que no solo dominan los números, sino que también aspiran a ser referentes en el sector, inspirando y guiando a un equipo de alto rendimiento.
Responsabilidades clave: - Recabar y Validar la información y el cálculo de los indicadores estratégicos de la compañía con el fin de asegurar el correcto cálculo de acuerdo al proceso de cada área.
- Validar la reportería de gestión para el área comercial y Dirección por cada uno de los socios comerciales - Revisar y realizar análisis de los indicadores que presenten desviaciones considerables vs tendencia y presupuesto con la finalidad de asegurar fiabilidad de los datos de acuerdo al proceso de cada área.
- Revisar y evaluar el estatus de cumplimiento de los proyectos estratégicos y procesos críticos para informar a Head of de Finanzas y tomar acciones en caso de retraso o desviaciones de acuerdo al plan de implementación.
- Analizar, Diseñar e implementar nuevas estrategias, modelos financieros y/o estratégicos para incrementar la rentabilidad de la compañía de acuerdo al proceso de cada área.
- Implementar y automatizar nuevos reportes por cada negocio para la toma de decisiones.
Perfil del candidato ideal: - Formación académica : Licenciaturas del área Económico, Administrativo o afin - Experiencia: Metodología para la implementación, desarrollo y seguimiento de proyectos, generar consultas en SQL para la extracción de datos, manejo de Microsoft Office principalmente excel.
- Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos: Habilidad numérica, Eficiente, disponibilidad , Análisis de información, Comprometido.
- Dominio de herramientas: Finanzas Básicas, Excel avanzado(Formulas, Tablas Dinámicas, Filtros), Extracción de información de SQL por medio de consultas Compensaciones y beneficios ejecutivos: -Salario competitivo.
