- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Preparation and presentation of reports before the Secretary of Economy.
- Monthly reports to the Foreign Trade area.
- Calculation of the recovery of taxes paid.
- Presentation of internal and external audits.
- Preparation of certificates of origin, reports of origin and other requirements of the customers.
- Requirements to suppliers of certificates of origin.
- Research and development of the commercial area for new products.
- Verify and control the entry and exit of machinery, production and supplies (discharges).
- Filing of motions and documentation audit
- Procedure before different dependencies.
- Comply with current legislation and updates.
- Issue reports on changes, compliance and/or requirements
- Solve problems with economy, customs, finance, carriers, agents customs and forwarders.
- Keeps management informed for decision making and adjustments.
- Capture and review weekly indicators.
- Analyzes causes that affect its indicators.
- Develop activities to improve them.
- Track activities.
- Coordinates cost improvement actions.
- Ensures that procedures and formats related to the area are up to date and are comply.
Your Skills & Strengths:
- Administration of companies, Bachelor of Commerce International, Industrial Engineer, and/or related.
- Processes of shopping,Customs Laws, Security in chain of Catering.
- Adaptability to new challenges.
- 2 years in similar positions.
- Knows (IATF 16949), environmental SAA (ISO-14001) and safety (ISO 45001) systems of the plant.
