We are looking for an **OEM Customer Service Representative** to handle the reception and distribution of forecasts, follow up on production, and ensure the proper flow of EDI documents.
This role also involves processing claims, following up with the Quality Control (QC) team, answering surveys, managing customer portals, reviewing scorecards, coordinating customer pick-ups, and handling accounts receivable.
**Minimum Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree required.
- **Experience**: 3+ years as a customer service representative or OEM representative.
- **Languages**: Advanced English (required).
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
**We Offer**:

- Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Monthly salary of $38,000 MXN (before taxes).
- Subsidized cafeteria.
- Grocery vouchers upon permanent hiring.
