First-line supervisor responsible for assigning and coordinating all work on the production line(s).
Organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets.
Supervises, trains, and is responsible for the work safety of a team of production staff.
Implements production schedules, methods, and processes.
Identifies problems and proposes solutions and/or improvements of the production process.
Allocates manpower and equipment for production purposes.
**What You'll Do**

**Production supervisor**
- Responsible for coordinating and managing material, human resources, equipment and systems of the assigned area to meet production goals.
- Responsible for following up the daily production schedule.
- Responsible for managing and optimizing allocated resources.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of operations objectives.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects (scrap reduction, process improvements, tooling cost reduction).
- Responsible for monitoring compliance with the staff training and training programs.
- Responsible for maintaining the discipline of the staff under his charge.
- Responsible for enforcement of safety, health and environmental rules.
- Responsible for compliance with the internal work regulations.
- Responsible for generating reports on compliance with operations performance metrics.
- And other activities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

**Skills/Experience We're Looking For**
- Problem solving method (8d's, 5 whys, and similar)
- Supervision skills
- Lean manufacturing
- Quality management system
- Planification and control of the production
- Knowles ISO 9001-2015 standard.
- Internal audit ISO 9001-2015 standard.
- Knowledge in industrial safety (desirable)
- Leadership

**Required Qualifications**
- Industrial engineering or career end
- Management of computer packages (word, excel, power point)
- 5 years of experience on production
- English level 50%
