Escrow Assistant

**Titles: Real Estate Escrow Assistant**

We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant who would like to take responsibilities and grow with our team.
You will be given a lot of responsibility and be rewarded if the tasks are on time, quality and over time, with initiative.
You will report to the Founder of a Real Estate Company in the US.
**If you are assistant with experience in general office tasks such as**:
Transaction Coordination - Title Companies / Buyers / Sellers / etc.
Investor Relations - working with our client base with monthly updates, discussing communications,etc.
Dispositions - Pulling Buyers List, marketing to them and discussing what they are buying and selling, seeing how we can add value to their overall investing strategy

**Other areas you will support**:
Bookkeeping, Hiring, Marketing and other Admin related projects

Communication Skills: Must speak English fluently.

**Salary**: Salary plus bonus, but depending on experience and drive

Computer Requirements: 8 gigs of RAM.
