Product Lifecycle Analyst

The Product Lifecyle Analyst is a broad reaching partner, trusted to provide and build a culture around quality product data management from inception to end-of-life.
Main responsibilities are project management, from request to product end of life, portfolio optimization and change management.

**Role Responsibilities and Scope**
- Assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Help organize project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and ensure milestones are being met.
- Maintain and update project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, meeting notes).
- Assist in tracking and analyzing project performance metrics (budget, timeline, scope).
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
- Assist in preparing presentations or reports for team and client meetings.
- Track and document potential project risks and issues.
- Assist in developing mitigation plans and maintaining risk logs.
**Requirements and qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in project management for new products releases.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle.
- Advanced proficiency in English (preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
