**About the role**

Are you a young professional passionate about the world of sales and ready to be part of a startup in consistent, predictable, and expansion?
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is interested in starting a sales career in logistics.
The **Sales Specialist r**ole is one of the fastest-growing positions in sales and is crucial for the company to grow.
Our sales specialists engage with prospects to uncover business needs and present Express as a solution to them.
**Responsibilities**
- Convert a high volume of outbound leads into customers using our sales methodology
- Cold calling leads
- Ability to manage upwards of 30-60 leads per day
- Identify customer needs in order to bring products and services closer to those needs
- Demonstrate the value of Express to their business, and generate interest
- Perform effective online demos
- Close deals
- Maintain a pipeline of up to 4 sales per month
- Work with our customer success team to initiate a smooth onboarding of the customer

**Requirements**:

- **Native/near Native English** spoken and written **is a must**:

- Knowledge or experience using CRM, Gmail, and Google tools
- At least **2 years of previous experience** as a sales or sales development representative
- Desire to learn and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment
- Startup experience is a plus
