Yupana is looking for a **Logistics Engineer ** to support projects from start to finish and ensure that they are completed as per contract requirements.
The **Logistics Engineer **will be responsible for developing and monitoring project activities, making sure the necessary actions are available to facilitate project completion and acting as the liaison between the project team and the client.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide quality support to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects under the direction of Project Coordinator, Field team and Client.
- Work closely with the project team to meet changing needs and requirements
- Plans reading of projects
- Analyze materials and equipment needs before the onset of each project phase
- Maintain and update all digital photos of the project process
- Ensure project is going and completed as requested by client
- Respond to day-to-day operational aspects of projects
- Establish a safe working environment for team members based on company policies, law and regulations
- Follow up field projects, changes with customers before, during and after each project
- Submit weekly reports and handle team meetings
- Assist in other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Essential Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills - The Logistics Engineer is required to build relationships with various parties including project team, partners, external vendors.
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills to help meet tight deadlines
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- A multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a timely manner
- Proof-reading skills with great attention to detail
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Paint
- Good punctuality
- Flexible schedule
