Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.
This role is critical in identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, contributing to sales growth and pipeline development.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
The SDR will play a pivotal role in generating interest in our services, including telecommunications, Internet, networking solutions, and other business services, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels.Customer Outreach: Engage with current, former, and prospective customers to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.Lead Qualification: Assess leads against specific criteria to determine sales potential, ensuring efficient use of the sales teams time.Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-up with leads, nurturing relationships to move prospects through the sales pipeline.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead conversion efforts.Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics, offering insights for strategic improvements.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer outreach, preferably in a remote sales environment.Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and sales tools like RingCentral and Helpwise.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through lead generation and appointment setting.Technically proficient, with familiarity in using sales automation tools and researching potential leads independently.Ability to work US business hours, maintaining high productivity in a remote work setting.
Nice to Haves Background in telecommunications, technology services, or SaaS sales.Experience in cold calling, business development, or account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.Familiarity with business development in specific industries, such as construction, roofing services, or networking solutions.Experience in managing high-volume cold calls, with a positive attitude and persistence.Knowledge of lead generation strategies, including social media outreach, inbound marketing, and sales automation tools.
