Responsible for maintenance, quality, and curation of existing and new product content as well as the active maintenance and improvement of the North American Product Information Management (PIM) System.
Responsible for supporting business initiatives and projects related to curating and maintaining product information while ensuring data integrity and hierarchy structure.
**JOB DUTIES**:

- Own all product content across country-specific websites: images, product titles optimized for SEO, marketing descriptions, key features bullets, technical specifications, datasheets, and other documentation i.e.
certifications, manuals, etc.
- Responsible for the setup of products onto the PIM platform, ensuring products have the right level of content from the beginning to a high-quality standard.
Attention to detail is essential
- Active maintenance and improvement of the PIM tool.
Raising any bugs and testing new functionalities
- Understanding SQL Queries creation / modification adapting existing and new reports
- Partner with Data Analytics team to automate and/or develop PIM Dashboards
- Working knowledge of technical data manipulation
- Support PIM system integration with source systems and downstream product information consuming systems (i.e e-Commerce, marketing websites, etc.)
- Support new product introduction and maintenance processes for product information
- Identify and recommend opportunities to leverage the PIM system to improve business process, data governance, and support efficiency efforts cross-functionally
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and Digital teams to make any applicable updates and to ensure data accuracy within the PIM systemPerform ad-hoc activities as needed.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- 3+ years of experience with data cleansing, data architecture, data modeling
- Advanced English
- Advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Access
- Knowledge in creating SQL queries, functions and procedures to pull and manipulate data
- Knowledge in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards, retrieving data
- Passionate about 'Digital' and technology

- Excellent planning and prioritization skills
- Proactive, motivated, and flexible team player able to work on own initiativeDemonstrated results through cross-group collaboration across large, complex, enterprises

**WE VALUE**:

- 1-3 years of experience with MDM, PIM, or similar relational database software (i.e Enterworks, SAP MDG, Riversand, InRiver, Salsify, Informatica, Stibo, etc.)
- Knowledge in MS Power Apps
- Knowledge in SQL (SQL SERVER, SNOWFLAKE or EQUIV)
- Knowledge in writing R scripts
- Knowledge in writing Python scripts
- Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision
- Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done approach while maintaining high business ethical standards
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
- Industry knowledge in low voltage distribution product categories: CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, Fire
- Ability to determine and assess risks to minimize delays based on standard operating procedures and business rules
- Ability to think creatively and excellent problem-solving skills
- Working additional hours when necessary for completion of a projectContributing to and working on other DX projects, as needed
