Coordinar los esfuerzos de integrantes del Departamento de Calidad para mantener y mejorar el sistema de calidad de la planta, utilizando equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios y basados en el mejoramiento continuo, reduciendo la variabilidad en los procesos.
**Tareas y responsabilidades y autoridad**:
- Responsable de mantener y mejorar el Sistema de Calidad IATF 16949 a través de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Responsable del desarrollo e implementación de actividades para mejora continua.
- Responsable de impulsar Proyectos de Mejora continua Acelerada a través del Despliegue de la Filosofía de Seis Sigma.
- Responsable de la planeación, y seguimiento a actividades de elaboración de PPAP.
- Responsable de trabajar en la Implementación del sistema para la prevención de defectos en vez de la detección.
- Responsable de atender al cliente cuando este así lo requiera vía telefónica o Visita a la Planta.
- Responsable de administrar los recursos en las áreas Calidad, Estadística, IATF 16949 y Metrología para asegurar que el sistema de Calidad sea eficiente y cumpla con los requisitos del cliente.
- Responsable de ser el representante en la planta de la voz del cliente para asegurar que los productos cumplan con los requisitos del cliente.
- Responsable del análisis de Scrap, así como el coordinar las actividades que conduzcan a la eliminación de las fuentes generadoras de Scrap.
- Responsable de asegurar que cada empleado bajo su dirección esta apropiadamente capacitado y consiente de su rol en la empresa.
- Responsable de participar en la revisión periódica del Sistema operativo de Calidad y la implementación de cualquier mejora requerida.
- Responsable de medir, monitorear y analizar los procesos e implementar las acciones necesarias para cumplir las metas y dirigirse hacia la mejora continua.
- Responsable de asegurar la disponibilidad de la información necesaria para soportar la operación y monitoreo de los procesos.
- Responsable del seguimiento a Acciones Correctivas, PPM´s, APQP, Reducción de Scrap, y Costos de la Calidad.
- Responsable de asegurar que los recursos adecuados estén asignados y disponibles para la realización de las actividades de calidad apropiadas según alcance de la responsabilidad asignada.
- Participación en los lanzamientos mediante la metodología APQP.
- Colaboración directa con el equipo de lanzamientos desde el gate G4 para asegurar un lanzamiento satisfactorio.
- Seguimiento e implementación de cambios de Ingeniería mediante el soporte y coordinación del equipo multidusciplinario.
- Participar en los programas del sistema de gestión ambiental, así como con la política ambiental y seguridad, en la identificación de los aspectos ambientales de la planta promoviendo la mejora continua.
- Garantizar que nuestros procesos cumplan con los procedimientos y la normatividad de la ISO 14001.

Ingeniero Industrial/Manufactura o carrera afín.
Experiência Profesional
- 3 años en la industria maquiladora automotriz requeridos
- Manejo de recursos humanos e interpretación de dibujos y estándares de ingeniería.
Conocimientos Específicos y habilidades
- Manejo de paquetería office.
- 5 años como minimo en posiciones de Liderazgo.
- Conocimientos ISO 9000 / IATF 16949/ ISO 14001, DOE, FMEA, CP, 8D´s, APQP, Planos y Especificaciones de Ingeniería.
- Desarrollo de Sistemas de Calidad.
- Estadística, análisis estadísticos y diseño de experimentos.
- Advanced English
Visa para viajar a EU deseable.
Posicion en sitio, Hermosillo, Sonora.
Tiempo de viaje 10% o menos.
