- Análisis y categorización de Spend.
- Manejo de SOW, RFP, RFI y elaboración Matrices de Comparación para la toma de decisiones.
- Elaboración de Estrategias de Ahorros (P&L) a partir de análisis de categorías.
- Conocimiento de SRM (Supply Reletationship Managment) y Evaluación de proveedores (Score Card, evaluación 360).
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento de KPIS de departamento.
