**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As a Project Manager - Strategy and Sustainability, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects at the Independently Managed Business 'Electrification-Automation-Digitalization' within Transformation of Industry business area.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Strategic projects (70%): Identify strategic gaps based on market & portfolio analysis and develop & structure initiatives towards achieving EAD strategic vision.
- As the Project Manager for these defined strategic initiatives, lead implementation by working closely together with cross-functional teams.
Support the Business Strategy team in preparing for recurring discussions with Executive Board and other key stakeholders.
- Sustainability topics (30%): As the Sustainability Business partner for the business, steer different sustainability topics within the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues to drive specific aspects of sustainability across portfolio, manufacturing, and reporting.
**What You Bring**
- Master's degree in electrical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering, and / or economics or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or in-house strategy departments with a focus on strategy development & implementation.
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas, Maritime, and/or Process Industries markets with understanding of the market mechanics and future developments, especially around energy transition and sustainability.
- Strong analytical skills as well as proficiency in constructing and delivering executive presentations with multi-layered content.
- Self-driven, with hands on experience in interacting with and leading international teams in complex interdisciplinary projects.
- Effective communications skills to position ideas and deliver key messages to all management levels; excellence English language skills (other languages a plus, but not necessary)
