We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Supervisor**, based in Torreon Plant,** Ciudad Torreon.
Coah **(E-Systems Division).
As manufacturing supervisor, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment, reporting directly to Manager Manufacturing.
**Your Task will be**:
- Organization of operating personnel
- Position Diagrams
- Control of production efficiency per line
- Control of the release cover of production by line
- POM control of daily production
- Control attendance of assigned personnel
- Verify that the material necessary for production is always available
- Supervise the production of harnesses daily
- Meet the production schedule
- Monitor downtime and generate reports Ensure and maintain the highest standards of order and cleanliness in their areas
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Education: University Grade
- Experience in a similar position, experience in the automotive industry, experience in the electronics industry (preferred)
- Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
