**What You'll do?
**:
- Devise and execute engaging content strategies tailored for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
- Manage daily interactions and engagements across social media platforms.
- Drive growth through follower acquisition, engagement, and community management.
- Identify and explore new social media channels and trends to expand our online presence.
- Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and graphic content.
- Attend events and produce live social media content.
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar.
- Help in the development of quarterly planning with insights and proactivity.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
**What You'll Need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, content management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends and platforms.
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in developing successful social media campaigns.
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) B2/C1 preferred.
- Track record of delivering projects and impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

- Experience in the fintech industry, hospitality, advertising or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in building a brand presence on social media channels.
- Knowledge of video and photo editing tools, digital and social media formats and updates.
- Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and generate engaging content concepts.
- Certificates of social media training from software like Facebook Blueprint, TikTok, Google University, Coursera, Domestika and/or similar
