Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _

- Reporting to the _
- Materials Manager_
- , role _
- involves responsible for maintaining_
- materials/purchasing_
- data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules._

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

- _ Reception, Analysis, Load and Management of customer demand_
- _ Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization_
- _ Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management_
- _ Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues._
- _ Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime_
- _ Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials_
- _ Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization_
- _ Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage._
- _ Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues_
- _ Provide training to staff members as required_
- _ Work closely with CFT and Customer in daily basis_
- _ Report key metrics as required_
- _ Manage CTB and Shortage reports_
- _ Download ERP Signals, review and identify exceptions._
- _ Review metrics to identify risk._
- _ Kinaxis knowledge for Forecast Acceptance Process_
- _ Work with purchasing team on options to close GAPS._
- _ Analyze ECO to identify impacts._
- _ Attend CTB meeting to update reports to end Customer and Top management._

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _ Advanced English._
- _ Experience in purchasing, planning, and supply chain areas in electronic manufacturing industry_
- _ BOOM's Materials._
- _ Demand planning._
- _ Planning and acquisition of Top Levels and PCBA's materials._
- _ Strong knowledge in materials metrics_
- _ MRP previous experience._
- _ Direct customer experience & strong communication skills_
- _ ERP & MRP experience_
- _ People management_
