We are looking for an Accounts Payable Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
Working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finances and transactions.
The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition.
**Responsibilities**
- Record Invoices from Vendors
- Request Vendor Statements of Account
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations by Vendor.
- Generate weekly Payments List for Management Approval
- Notify Vendors with the payment details.
- Transact Accounts receivable Invoices.
- Send Account Statements to Customers
- Assist in the processing of BS and P&L accounts reconciliation at month End.
- Bank account reconciliations.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Perform Monthly accruals according to Open POs.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable junior accountant 1 to 3 years of Experience.
- Excellent organizing abilities, scheduling and monitoring
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Experience ERP's such as (Dynamics 365, ORACLE, SAP)
- English 30% spoken, 70% written.
