Supervisor

**Which is the main objective of this role?
**

The main purpose is to support the LATAM HR Ops Service Delivery teams from a Systems and Platforms perspective, focusing primarily in the Data Quality & Digital Employee Experience initiatives.
Within Data Quality in LATAM we are improving data governance and integrity throughout multiple initiatives across various lenses to create a sustainable model.
Within the Digital Employee Experience this role will be supporting the implementation of programs and solutions, both global and sector, that will digitalize, simplify, automate and integrate the multiple HR services.
Qualifications:
**What will you be doing?
**
- Execute projects of HR Ops, assuring objectives are achieved according to plan, project related Data Quality and Digital Employee Experience aligned to company's guidelines and acoording to Global HR Ops strategy and the HR Operating Model.
- Enable and ensure all services are managed according to the service Levels (SLA & OLA)
- Align practices and services to support business goals.
- Align Corporate changing needs and organizational policies and guidelines.
- Guarantee Project Planning, Execution & Follow Up.
- Establish and deliver continuous improvement activities and processes on the HR Service Delivery model.
- Support project agenda to fulfill project methodology.
- Full control to project's budget to assure a correct administration.
**Who are we looking for?
**
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engeenering or related
- Knowledge of HR processes, preferably experience with workforce administration and/or labor processes
- 2+ years of performance measurement and project implementation experience
- 100% fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with internal management and service providers
