- The SSC Intercompany Analyst will be responsible for all finance activities related to Intercompany process including posting invoices, processing payment confirmations, collecting payments from counterparts, and manage all process discrepancies.- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Supplier payment/netting confirmation.- Cash advances.
- Resolution of vendor discrepancies.
- Intercompany Netting and Balancing.
- Month-End Close activities.
- IC Balances Reconciliations.
- Adhere with internal controls procedures.
- Support audit requests timely.
- Ensure IC overdues below defined target.
Your Skills & Strengths:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.
- 2+ years in similar position.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Customer Service Oriented, Self-motivated, and Detail Oriented.
- Experience in SAP.
