Job Requirements

Chubb is currently seeking an Agile Digital Business Analyst to join our team.
This role will work as part of the digital team to create open lines of communication between developers and stakeholders in the development of strategic projects.
This person is also proactive in providing strategic recommendations and mapping out various business requirements to ensure business needs and company goals are met.
Work Experience
- Analyze, collect, and clearly document business requirements that development teams can effectively use.
- Owns the mapping of business needs to specific requirements for the digital solutions; builds clear diagrams and other tools to communicate processes and needs effectively
- Owns tracking of documents, requirements and scope
- Support product owner with decisions based upon business goals, dependencies and opportunities
- Work closely with Scrum Master, Product Owner and Project Manager to support the management of the project by providing insight in risks, dependencies, scope and opportunities
- Work closely with UI/UX team members to determine what is needed for best user experience.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or other related field required.
- Advance knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish Language.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong discipline in tracking, analyzing and reporting metrics to support business decisions.
Experience
- Four (4) or more years of experience working as an agile business analyst or similar role.
- Working with development teams following agile methodology
- Strong hands on experience working with JIRA.
- Previous experience with software development projects is a plus.
- Previous experience with analytics is a plus.
