**Position Overview**:
The **_Sales Support Specialist_** will support the administrative needs for the Sales team to ensure sales and growth targets are achieved.
**What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day**:

- Administrative support to the field sales, field management and vertical market leaders.
- Provide customized reporting as required for field sales and operations through multiple operating systems.
- Provide corporate oversight of customer's tariff entry and customer tariff retention.
- Troubleshoot/resolve internal/external customer inquiries to ensure needs and expectations are met.
- Develop and manage Vertical Market and Account Specific SOP's.
- Troubleshoot/Resolve any operations issues with station customers to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
- Research companies and evaluate potential customers for AIT.
- Develop and manage Vertical Market and Account Specific SOP's.
- Work closely with the station operations and IT personnel to ensure that the assigned vertical market customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.
- Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.

**Other Skills We Hope to See**:

- Bachelor's Degree not required, strongly preferred.
Industry experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales support experience, strongly preferred.
- Ability to learn specific sales service knowledge as is relates to the support of the Sales team and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (Intermediate, strongly preferred).
- Strong organizational skills including demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and manage in a multi-task environment.
Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously in the work setting.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate, implement change.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills with high energy, positivity and customer centric attitude.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism along with extreme discretion with all information at all times.
- Must be able to perform in a fast pace / high volume work environment.
