**Job Description**:
AECOM México busca un Supervisor de Sitio de HSE para apoyar el proyecto de construcción.
Funciones:
- El supervisor del sitio de HSE es un miembro del equipo de ejecución de proyectos que reporta al gerente de HSSE y será responsable de respaldar la ejecución del proyecto de construcción.
El supervisor del sitio de HSE apoyará la entrega del proyecto de construcción dentro de los plazos del programa dentro de un conjunto de indicadores claros de desempeño.
Esta función requerirá una interacción significativa con el equipo del proyecto para mantener y contribuir a las comunicaciones fluidas y la confianza del cliente en todo el progreso de la entrega del proyecto.
- El supervisor del sitio de HSSE es responsable de contribuir a altos níveles de cumplimiento en los sitios del proyecto al proporcionar aclaraciones sobre la intención y ejemplos prácticos de implementación.
- El supervisor del sitio de HSSE tiene como objetivo aumentar la conciencia y el conocimiento de la seguridad para la vida y el programa de seguridad del cliente.
- Audita el sitio del proyecto para crear conciencia y sensibilidad entre el personal del proyecto sobre condiciones peligrosas y prácticas o comportamientos inseguros.
- Apoya el uso de informes de cuasi accidentes por parte de los contratistas.
Asiste con el proceso de permiso para trabajar y asegura el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de permisos.
- Apoyar el proceso de investigación de incidentes y accidentes mediante la recopilación de evidencia de hechos, fotografías, declaraciones de testigos y otra información útil para el proceso de Análisis de Causa Raíz.
- El supervisor del sitio de HSE apoya el desarrollo y la entrega de orientación y capacitación en HSSE para los proyectos administrados por los empleados de AECOM.
- Ayude a monitorear los programas de capacitación de los contratistas para verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos reglamentarios y de AECOM y del cliente.
- Asiste al Gerente de HSE, Gerentes de Proyecto y Superintendentes de Sitio en la administración del Plan de HSE Específico del Sitio y en el desarrollo de Evaluaciones de Riesgo Específicas del Sitio.
- Requerimientos mínimos: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Ambiental o titulaciones y estudios similares.
- Bilingüe: español e inglés fluido.
- Conocimiento experto de métodos y prácticas de construcción.
- Conocimiento del mercado de la construcción.
- Experiência mínima de +4 años (de preferencia +5 años) en Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente de proyectos de construcción.
