**Position Overview**:
**The Sales Development Supervisor is responsible for managing, coaching, and inspiring a team of SDRs who are pivotal in generating leads and identifying business opportunities in the solar energy space.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who understands balancing performance management with team development while fostering a collaborative, positive, and goal-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily sales activities of the sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to meet goals.
- Provide training and mentoring to sales staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and sales volume.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for upper management.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure client retention.
**Essential Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced English (is a must)
**Desired Experience**:
- Experience in the energy sector or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Familiarity with remote team management and sales operations.
