**Qualifications**:**_
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:_**
- Engineering degree or related fields required.
- 3 - 5 years´ experience in manufacturing processes (environment preferably automotive).
- Basic knowledge of national and local safety and environmental standards, guidelines and policies such as ISO 14001, MESH and/or applicable regional initiatives.
- English - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required
- Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.
