The Global Marketing Specialist will be part of our Strategy & User Experience team within our Digital Platform & Engineering group, we are a** **shared service team within IT**.
**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Enable commercial, customer care and operations teams to go to market with digital solutions with marketing resources and tools to support our customers.
- Create and implement capability messaging, and online support content to optimize the customer experience
- Partner with product managers to execute on programs, creating accurate reference guides, videos and support content.
- Provide monthly marketing analytics to share performance and progress directly tied to marketing activities.
Understand, report on, and correct any gaps in the marketing funnel.
- Proactively improve marketing resources to enable a better customer experience and align with UX best practices.
- Execute marketing tactics on time and on budget with mínimal errors.
- Coordinate and support cross-divisional and regional strategy alignment globally by enabling regional projects and helping where needed.
Integrate with regional counterparts to tailor content and support different regional needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field;
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Excellent, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, relationship management, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative to drive improvements.
- Ability to collaborate and support teams in a matrixed environment
- Comfort collaborating with different regional partners to execute on a global strategy
