**Summary**:
Under general supervision of the Accounts Receivables Supervisor, The AR Project Billing/Collections Administrator performs a variety of professional accounting work with emphasis in technical task related to project contract / new order coordination reporting reports and special sales data coordination.
Assist in analyzing sales and accounting data analysis, troubleshoot areas of discrepancy alongside sales team and help resolve issues and ensure accurate billing of contracts for SKIDATA USA.
The AR Project Billing/Collections Administrator is responsible for the invoicing of installation projects, reading and understanding contracts in order to bill to contract terms, as well as collection efforts related to large projects.

**Responsibilities**:
- Read, understand, interpret contracts and schedule of value in order to drive project billing
- Review project documentation to ensure billing requirements are met
- Ability to understand complex contract terms.
- Miscellaneous contract analytics
- Cross functional integration with project teams
- Collection activities
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage/prioritize multiple requests
- Ability to read and understand contracts terms
- Progressive billing experience (construction term)
- Experience with RFP and change orders
- Experience in the construction or service industry preferred
- Knowledge of Textura Construction Management System preferred
- Clear verbal and written communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently all while keeping others informed of processes and progress
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
