**OFFICE ASSISTANT**

**Requeriments and skills**:

- Intermediate English - Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English are required.
- At least 2 years work experience as an Accounts receivable, accounts payable or purchasing assistant.
- Good math skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e. g. SAP, Contpaq, Oracle)
- Organization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a lot of information.
**Responsibilities & tasks**:

- Responsible for assisting the Office Supervisor.
- Responsible of send invoices to customers as needed.
- Purchase of indirect materials.
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Assist in other office and sales tasks.

Salario: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 10 horas
