**Autoridad**:Gestión del personal técnico y de inspección, manejo de proveedores.
Authority: Management of technical and inspection personnel, supplier management.
**Objetivos funcionales**:
Functional objectives:
1.Proponer e implementar sistemas de calidad.
2.Identificar problemas técnicos, llegar a la causa del problema e implementar la solución.
3.Dar continuidad y cumplimiento al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
**Es responsable de**: Apoyar a HARTING Mexico Manufacturing para garantizar que los productos elaborados y enviados, cumplan con los estándares de calidad y los requisitos del cliente.
Is responsible for: supporting HARTING Mexico Manufacturing to ensure that products released for shipments to customers meet quality standards and customer requirements.
**Actividades**:
Asegurar la calidad con clientes, proceso, producto y proveedores.
Mantener los indicadores clave de la planta y medir su progreso implementado acciones correctivas cuando no se cumplen los objetivos.
Generar y analizar gráficos de tendencias para revisar quejas con clientes y defectos en proceso.
Garantizar y asegurar el uso correcto de los instrumentos de medición, cumpliendo con estándares de calidad usando equipos de medición calibrados.
Gestionar el plan de calibración de los instrumentos de medición y prueba de acuerdo con las especificaciones del fabricante y/o cliente.
Interpretar dibujos de cliente para cumplir con los requisitos de calidad en el producto.
Identificar los puntos críticos en el proceso (CTQ´s) y controlarlos.
Gestiona, coordina y asegura las acciones de contención cuando se reciben reclamos de cliente.
Difunde alerta de calidad con todos los involucrados en la planta, coordina/convoca junta de análisis de causa-raíz con equipo multidisciplinario.
Revisa, analiza y aprueba las acciones de contención y correctivas para eliminación del defecto asegurando que no se tiene reincidencia del defecto.
Monitorea la efectividad de las acciones realizadas ante reclamos de cliente, aplicando metodologías de resolución de problemas 8Ds para resolver quejas de los clientes.
Apoyar al personal operativo y administrar sus actividades para apoyar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos por la organización.
Ayudar en la solución de problemas, conflictos, diferencias interpersonales en conjunto con el técnico de calidad para garantizar una comunicación efectiva entre el equipo.
Gestionar la realización de auditorías internas y/o externas para garantizar que todos los procesos de HARTING estén de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad pertinentes.
Validar las inspecciones realizadas por el personal sobre la materia prima entrante y la documentación generada.

Gestionar el control de cambios en el proceso y/o producto.
Administrar las desviaciones al proceso, asegura que se sigue correctamente de acuerdo con lo establecido en la desviación.
Crea, modifica y/o actualiza la documentación de calidad para proceso y el sistema de gestión de calidad (Control Plan, Inspection Cards de Incoming, Proceso, Final, Acciones correctivas, Procedimientos de Calidad).
Asegura y audita en líneas de producción el cumplimiento del Control Plan, asegurando que se sigue las frecuencias de inspección y tamaños de muestras.
Actualiza y mantiene vivo el documento Control Plan manteniendo los controles necesarios después de cada reclamo de cliente en conjunto con el equipo multidisciplinario de acuerdo con los modos de falla actualizados en el PFMEA.
Entrenar al personal para asegurar los criterios del estándar IPC 610 Y 620 en la inspección de los productos.
Crea muestras límites de criterios de aceptación/rechazo para los defectos de calidad, desde la corrida de prueba NPI - Producción masiva.
Apoyar en toda la fase de inicio de un proyecto, desde la factibilidad, elección de equipo de medición necesario, recurso humano, fixtures, interpretación de los requerimientos del cliente, hasta la obtención del producto, informar el reporte final de los resultados de Safe Launch.
