**Goal(s) of this Position**
- Responsible for implementing Training, Development programs and maintaining internal and external certification records.
- Work within the parameters of the QM System to help Variosystems achieve general and company-specific quality efforts and growth goals.
**2.
Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Supports in the detection of training needs.
- Support in the Design and preparation of Material for training courses.
- Can contact, suggest and quote, external training services
- Responsible for implementing and Executing the courses required by the training program
- Provides orientation to new employees.
- Can support the evaluation of training programs
- Maintains the record of training and applicable internal and external certifications.
Such as: IPC-610, IPC -620, ISO 9001; ISO 14000; ISO 45000.
- Keep the training matrix updated.
- Issue internal certification records, certification passports, licenses, etc.
as appropriate.
- Supports in evaluation process during the trial period of the employees
- Supports in evaluation process
- Supports in planning and executing integration events for employees.
- Supports as a member of training and development commission

**3.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- Bachelor 's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
- Preferable knowledge in IPC 610, IPC 620 and IPC 7711/7721.
- 2 years of experience in group facilitation and training process
- Competent in use of the internet and Microsoft Office
- Desirable Certification IPC-A-610 and IPC -620
- Knowledge on training legal requirements.
- English Intermediate
