**Requisitos del puesto**
- Dominio y habilidad para conducir vehículos de motor y de transmisión estándar (licencia de manejo).

- Manejo de equipo de cómputo.
- Microsoft Office básico.
- Deseable preparación académica nível profesional Licenciatura en Derecho, Ciencias Jurídicas o LAE.
- Deseable conocimiento de leyes de aspectos jurídicos en aspecto de viales, conocer reglamentos de manejos de pólizas, conocer señalamientos y reglamentos de tránsitos, así como el contrato de seguro de coberturas, incluyendo exclusiones de contrato.
- Experiência deseable de 6 meses a 1 año en puestos de atención al cliente.

Brindar la atención y seguimiento necesario al siniestro local o foráneo de los clientes asegurados, realizando la evaluación del siniestro a detalle, precisar la causa de este y determinar si los reclamos están amparados por la respectiva póliza del asegurado.
