POSITION OBJECTIVE
Support the Procurement department through the automation of processes to become more effective & efficient.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively improve the supplier relationship management (Supplier Scorecard, Supplier Portal, IT Systems)
Investigation about Technology/market/industry/benchmark research and analysis activities.
Lead cross-functional teams (IT Systems, Materials, Logistics, Finance, Quality) to develop/Automate current & new processes around supply chain responsibilities.
Ensure parameters accuracy in SAP for all the materials assigned according to the Planning Strategy.
Ensure shipping compliance and monitor due dates according to our internal guidelines.
MD06 daily maintenance and set actions needed on exception codes.
Ensure timely, accurate, and pertinent escalation of risk in the supply chain.
Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Maintain close and constant communication with key support areas.
Support and understand production challenges, and implement action plans to secure manufacturing ops.
Support continuous improvement initiatives (Internally).
Monitor inventory of all the materials assigned and inventory record accuracy.
Address inaccuracies with the logistics team and get involved in the root cause analysis for incidents.
Take overall responsibility for Obsolescence and Overstock governance.
Contribute to supplier meetings and negotiations to ensure demand is met in case of capacity constraints.
Accuracy and maintenance on a daily basis of Standard Work Activities.

**Education**:
Students currently enrolled in Computer Systems Engineering, or related field
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**Knowledge of English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French and German is an advantage.
